Some lifters and bodybuilders claim that you can both build muscle mass and cut down on fat by eating clean, utilizing either lean bulking or clean bulking (this is referred to as Body Recomposition)and/or cutting weight (this is referred to as Body Loss/Cutting). However, many people choose to focus on the latter approach, but the debate still rages. While both concepts can be beneficial, I think the best approach is to simply cut the calories that you normally consume, bulking in winter.
