Michelle Villagrán is an experienced facilitator-educator and teacher-trainer certified by the University of Cambridge in the UK and Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. With 12 years of experience in the education sector and over 6 years as a recruiter and coordinator, she has trained executives of prestigious private schools in Mexico as well as owners, directors, teachers, and collaborators of middle and higher education.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in Education with a specialty in Management and Direction and holds an International Certification in Racism, Discrimination, Gender Violence and Feminicide from the Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala and an Anti-racism Certification from The University of Colorado Boulder.
In 2009, she began her career in a boarding school for Indigenous children from low-income families located in Guadalajara Mexico and since then, she has carried out social commitment activities with her community such as volunteering for underrepresented groups by organizing events to raise social awareness.
One of Michelle’s objectives is to positively influence people not only by contributing to improve lives in favor of justice, respect, and human rights, but also by helping people understand that as human beings, we deserve the same opportunities.
