Karine Bah Tahé is the founder and CEO of Blue Level Training, a global training company that aims to build respectful and safe work environments.
Karine has spent the past 10 years working in training, C-suite diversity and inclusion development, and journalism. Her areas of expertise include cross-cultural communications, diversity, equity and inclusion, microaggressions, anti-racism, and sexual harassment prevention.
She has worked with international leaders, the diplomatic community, academic innovators, and senior business executives from a range of industries in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, India, and Australia.
Karine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and Certificates from Cornell University in Strategic Human Resources Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion. She has earned an Executive Program Certificate in Human Resources from Stanford University as well.
