Donna’s LinkedIn experience provided her with the opportunity to partner with international organizations of all sizes, providing enablement and sales transformation coaching to individual contributors up to executive leadership. People are truly her passion.
Following her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Donna has led Employee Resource Groups at LinkedIn, including Women @ (connecting female employees with exceptional opportunities for growth) and the Black Inclusion Group (accelerating the growth of black employees at LinkedIn Canada and closing the network gap for the black community).
Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, specializing in English: Rhetorical and Professional Writing, with a minor in Speech Communications. This education served as the foundation for how she creates and delivers content using the art of storytelling. She is hopeful for a world where compassion is the currency and equity is the standard.
