Cynthia Bullock is an experienced human resources professional with over 10 years in the field. She also has a background in community organizing and activism. She was part of a team that founded and ran a community nonprofit which taught computer literacy as a means of economic advancement. Through the Training and Development division of the non-profit, she created and ran three community computer learning centers in various housing developments in New York City.
Cynthia’s mission is to be a proactive change agent as it relates to racial equity and opportunity for the BIPOC community. After attending a Blue Level training, she immediately recognized its work was in alignment with her purpose to transfer community activism to changing the workplace environment into one that is truly diverse, inclusive, and free of bias.
Cynthia has a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Nyack College. She also has an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from St Joseph’s College.
